Terms of Service | MWireless Plan

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by MWireless LLC ("MWireless", "we", "our", or "us").

1. Services Provided
MWireless is a contract management software platform that allows businesses to create, manage, and track customer agreements and recurring payment plans. MWireless does not provide financing, lending, or credit services.

2. Subscription and Fees
The service is offered on a subscription basis at $149 per month, plus $20 per contract processed.
By using the service, you agree to be billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis for the subscription and any applicable usage fees.

3. Billing Authorization
You authorize MWireless to charge your payment method on file for all subscription and usage-based fees. Billing occurs monthly.

4. No Refunds
All fees are non-refundable, including subscription and usage fees, once billed.

5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not refund any previously billed amounts.

6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of all contracts and information processed through the platform. You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws.

7. Limitation of Liability
MWireless is not responsible for any disputes between you and your customers, including but not limited to contract disagreements, payment issues, or chargebacks.

8. No Financial Services
MWireless is a software provider only and does not act as a lender, broker, financial institution, or payment processor.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.

10. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Support
Support is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
